The gentlemen who came fixed our oven door handle and didn’t leave until they had figured out what was wrong with the heat and fixed it.

Office staff is very accommodating and helpful with your current needs. We love the area and there are a lot of places to go shop and eat. Maintenance staff is very respectful of you and your place.

A friend of mine lives here and I'm so jealous of her apartment, It's so spacious and she has a fireplace! Plus they had a hayride here the other day which was really cool. Super nice place!

Responded right away to a broken water heater and got the old one out and new one installed very quickly. Same great service I've had for any issue the past six years.

Everyone at Bloomfield Townhomes were very professional and made my transition easy. My neighborhood here is diverse and my nextdoor neighbor works at Founders and gave me Free Beer! BONUS!
