At Bloomfield Townhomes, we are pet friendly and want to meet these important members of your family! Pets may be dogs or cats (upon approval from the office), with a limit of two pets per apartment home. No caged animals or reptiles of any kind are allowed and certain breed restrictions on dogs apply. Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview”. We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four footed ones! Stop by the office for a treat.

There is a $300.00 nonrefundable fee for the 1^st pet and a $200.00 nonrefundable fee for the second pet. The monthly pet rent per pet is $25.00 per month for a cat, and $35.00 per month for a dog.

Pets are not permitted without a signed pet lease, and pet fees must be paid in full prior to the pet being in the apartment. We do not allow visiting pets. Please be advised that if unregistered pets are found after move in, the initial pet fee will be charged at a rate double to the above listed fees & pet rent will be billed to your rental account starting at your move in date.
